At AiMEiRi, we want you to love your purchase! Because each item is custom-made just for you, we have specific policies regarding returns and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Important: Custom-Made Products
All of our products are made-to-order specifically for you. This means we create each item after you place your order, which allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and sizes without waste. However, it also means we have limited ability to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Before Production Begins
You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet entered production. Once we begin making your custom item, we cannot cancel the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [your email] with your order number. We’ll do our best to stop production if possible.
Tip: Orders typically enter production within a few hours of placement, so contact us right away if you need to cancel!
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To report a problem:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos showing the issue
- Send to: hello@aimeiri.com
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at our expense.
Examples of covered issues: printing errors, damaged items, wrong size sent, wrong design sent, defective materials
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Claims for lost packages must include your order number and tracking information.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Size Exchanges
Standard Policy (Most Customers)
Because our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (change of mind) or size exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including design, size, color, and shipping address.
Special Policy for Brazilian Customers
If you are located in Brazil and regret your purchase, you may request a return within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item. To do so:
- Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and a photo of the item
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
We will evaluate whether the product has been used or damaged. If it has been used, even partially, a refund will not be possible.
Note: If you need a different size, we recommend reaching out before ordering to ensure you select the correct size from our size charts.
Shipping Address Issues
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us because the shipping address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once you provide a corrected address.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to our production facility, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs if you wish to receive the order.
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Double-check apartment numbers, building names, and ZIP codes.
What Happens to Returned Items
If an item is returned to our production facility for any reason, we will notify you via email. You will have 30 days to claim the return or arrange for reshipment (at your expense if applicable).
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
