Because every AiMEiRi item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. Please review all sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@aimeiri.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a reprint or refund — whichever works best for you.
Lost Packages If your package hasn't arrived, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once your issue has been reviewed and a refund approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@aimeiri.com.
